AI Leader & Investor

I am a Senior Data & AI leader with 10+ years building and running enterprise data & AI functions inside operating companies. I've led these functions at 50 person start ups, billion dollar software companies, and multi-billion dollar public companies with over 10k employees. I have led AI engineering, data engineering, data governance, and data science at scale.

I have shipped production AI systems in the real world: LLM and RAG powered chatbots used by thousands of employees, document AI processing models, massively agentic coding systems, ML systems for churn prediction, AI powered GTM tools, and broad AI enablement (helping teams shift their mindset for how to add value). These systems have generated over $20M in incremental EBITDA since enterprise-grade AI took off in 2025.

Prior to my current role, I spent three years as Managing Partner of Momentum Capital Partners, a boutique private equity firm. I led deal strategy, financial modeling, operational diligence, outbound prospecting, and investment decisions. With my partners I have acquired multiple companies.

Today I advise executives and boards who need a trusted voice on AI strategy: someone who has done the hardest version of this work inside real companies, and who thinks about return, risk, and the right bet the way investors do.
